It was during a political declaration of the People’s Party for Reconstruction and Democracy (PPRD) held earlier this week in the hotel Cap Kivu that Feller Lutaichirwa Mulwahale, Vice Governor of North Kivu, condemned the latest killings of innocent citizens perpetrated by the Ugandan ADF rebels in the town of Beni in recent weeks.

In his statement, Mulwahale stated to his party comrades present that the ADF rebels started a killing machine whereby people are innocently massacred with the aim of dividing the population with the authorities and his army.

The PPRD of South Kivu enforced the opinion that it is the marriage between population, authorities, security services and MONUSCO that led to the overwhelming victory of the Movement of March 23, a unification that can lead to the eradication on the ground of Ugandan rebels.

To his fellow members of the presidential majority’s political party, Mulwahale invited and encouraged the youths to dissociate themselves with the manipulators and other negative forces and rally behind the Head of State of the Nation and guarantor Supreme Commander of the FARDC to completely defeat the enemy.

The People’s Party for Reconstruction and Democracy encouraged the murder trial of the valiant fighter Mamadou Ndala, inviting the public to cooperate with the court for justice.

“The yellow flag party confirms its continued commitment to the President of the Republic, the Government and all local authorities for the security services to kick the enemy out of the National Territory,” the Vice Governor then emphasised in his statement.
