NOTES TO GOD

You guide the

Pencil from

My teeth

As I write

Words –

Touching You.

You spin

Me dizzy

Never lost

But always

Present.

You are so

Close to me

And micromanage

My happy soul

With alluring

Fumigation,

Exorcism

And rehabilitation

That is never harsh

But peace-loving.

As I seek You

With words

And furiously

Dancing

Question marks

You look

Into my

Mind

And burn it

With cool

Loving flames

Like rushing

Waters

Of new hypnosis.

As I write / pray

You allow me

To fly

Over

Steep hills,

Feeling like

A life-affirming

Turing machine

While my

Tears freeze

Into wise spectacles

That cause me

To see

The dazzling

Emptiness

Of my world

Without You,

But You

Never leave me,

And I feel

Your presence

In loving

Morning quietness

And in night

Sky

As you

Break the moon

Into pieces

And offer

Me mystical

Night vision

When I say

“Yes.”

You touch me

Filling the

Universe

In me.

As I

Write

And dialogue

With You,

I become

Borderless.
