ADA NKWERRE CULTURAL BEAUTY PAGEANT

Adorned like a bride

Beautiful with pride,

Beyond the outside

Shiny like a galaxy.

A candle in the dark

Beauty, her trademark

Standing on her mark

Truer than fantasy.

Adorable like a queen

Marvellous to behold,

Lovely to be seen

Glittering like gold.

Delightful and hospitable

Calculative and understandable

Courageous and approachable

Supportive and reasonable.

Humble, tender and African

Succulent, prudent like a woman,

Moving the van

Friendly, welcoming not noisy.

Choosy not nosy

Busy not lazy,

Steady not floppy

Real to heal.

The pageant of culture

Reviving ethics and values,

A pageant of nature

Restructuring traditions and norms.

The pageant of peace

Rebuilding walls of chaos

A pageant of grace

Rededicating the oasis.

A performer and reformer

Reinstating and reinforcing,

A call to cultural service

Herald of peace and good tidings.
