A Chairman Under Fire

 

 

Devin Nunes is suffering denigration,

Because Democrats fear a conflagration.

Nunes lit a flame

That perhaps could claim

Barack, not thru fire, but thru incarceration.

 

 

 

 

A Potential Tweet

 

 

I want to express my deep appreciation, Claire,

For your efforts to keep vacant a Supreme Court chair.

But if you lose your seat,

Donald Trump may tweet:

“I celebrate that Claire McCaskill is out of my hair.”

 

 

 

GOP Health Insurance

 

 

The votes for Trump’s health care bill just weren’t there,

And the GOP was wounded in the warfare.

But while the Dems are crowing,

The Reps should be knowing

That their party is covered by Obamacare.

 

 

 

Advice From An Insider

 

 

Today, the humanities are truly askew,

And this holds true for the social sciences, too.

Yet, economics is nice

And may still be worth the price,

But the others have minuscule market value.
