Seoul On Thin Ice

 

 

China now won’t accept North Korean coal,

So it knows that Kim Jong un is out of control.

He has nuclear weapons.

And he might soon use them,

Turning more that Seoul into a true hell-hole.

 

 

 

 

Fairness Doesn’t Equal Equality

 

 

There is news re the social sciences and humanities,

And it likely will make the socialist quite uneasy.

In the journal, Nature Human Behavior,

Published on April 7, these words occur:

“People favor fair inequality over unfair equality.”

 

 

 

 

“Divesting From Everything” (WSJ, 4-18-17)

 

 

Portland, Oregon’s City Council activists

Were hotly looking for companies to blacklist.

After lengthy, contentious debate,

All corporations were given the gate,

So they will no longer invest with capitalists.

 

 

 

 

Socialists

 

 

Socialists who live in capitalist lands,

Are people who boo from fine grandstands.

They know they can’t win,

But would deem it a sin,

If they had to withstand those damn nutty plans.
