Mum Was The Word

Why was Barack silent during the election?

First, he didn’t want to increase tensions with Putin.

But more importantly,

He thought that Hillary

Was a shoo-in and didn’t want her win questioned.

A Single-Payer

A share of health care money goes to insurers,

Who set payment rates for hospitals and doctors.

Why do we need Humana

Or companies like Aetna?

It’s cheaper and simpler to have a single-payer.

Elementary Facts

There are two facts of which we should be aware.

The center of the cosmos is everywhere.

And the second fact

Is the one that

Declares the center’s limits are just not there.

The Roots of Leftist Violence

Leftist violence comes from the French Revolution,

When intellectuals were on their bloody mission.

They didn’t think it odd

To make mankind their god,

So Christians were seen as the hated opposition.

A Living Millstone

The Reps are weighed down by Trump’s unpopularity,

So say the media and the Democrat Party.

Then they looked around

And began to frown,

When the saw a millstone named Nancy Pelosi.
