Action And Emotion

An action can influence an emotion,

So if a kinsman, say, goes to Kingdom Come,

And you find you can’t cry,

Try wiping a dry eye,

And then, lo-and-behold, the tears may come.

What’s Good For The Goose

Health care reform efforts have gotten us nowhere.

So Trump could give members of Congress a scare.

An executive order

Should seem to be in order.

It would put them all under Obamacare.

Lucky You!

There’s something that isn’t properly understood.

There’s no big difference between luck and good.

What I am trying to say

Is things will likely go your way,

If you chose to live your life as you should.

Immigration Reform

Unless Trump exercises real leadership,

Immigration is an issue that just won’t quit.

Many illegals work hard,

So it shouldn’t be that hard,

To create a path for them to citizenship.

Venezuelan troops get toilet paper,

So these heroes are happy on the crapper.

But the lower-classes

Should wipe their asses

With Maduro’s shitty socialist newspapers.
