Chaotic Minds

The mundane takes on

A new dimension

In the emerging fabric of life.

We must not discount that

Tomorrow may not come.

Each day ought to lead to assurance

That we have completed each task,

Not how many we have begun.

Then in reverent awe we, see

How each snowflake falls!

They waft on a summer breeze

Alighting, we know not where.

Touching as it were,

Albeit briefly,

As if enveloping each of us

In a time warp not of our making.

Breaking through abnormalities,

hidden corners of common sense

will be revealed.

Embraced and lost …

Time must be defeated

or we will be beached forever.

How chaotic minds travel

through imagination

and reality, stopping

at every stimulus

without having an idea

how to continue or fulfill

our self-imposed mission.

Til the brain switches to

reality mode and we be able

to enjoy rose petals again.
