All Roads Lead To Anarchy

Peace is an outcast.

In this now bloodletting jungle.

Human life is valued less than a cow’s.

Yet the law mopes and is silent.

All days are daggers to the heart,

Soaked with the consciousness of mutiny.

All roads lead to anarchy.

The deaths and charade of unity,

opens the disco dancing floor,

for the odoriferous vultures,

to meddle in the final rites of passage.

The audacity of boots and batons,

violates the sensibilities of bloody civilians.

Infants, suckles on breasts of slain mothers.

Toddlers, plays around the corpses,

Of murdered parents.

Hearts burn, coldly bereaved.

The skies are ablaze in shrieks and

Impassioned cries.

Whole cities, are flooded by blood

Of beheaded serendipity.

To where does a man without power

run to for justice?

Ruttish Over Her Sudden Demise

She was my friend, my epicentre of the world.

For her, my emotions once grew compelling strands,

When the wind of affection swept true,

From the equator, down to my pituitary glands.

That was then, now is now. But a music still play on,

From a cord rightly struck, resounding on sand of time.

She died yesterday, on the butcher’s hands,

Along with a multitude, who sleep forever hereafter.

Herdsmen are celebrating her demise in fanfare,

But I am shattered. Sucking over my loss.

Though I do not love her, I love her still.

Ruttish over her sudden demise.

A Wild Toast To Furious Change

Unlike Rome, like home:

Mushrooms on agitated facets.

Beasts are awakened.

Claws of pent up doom are clutched.

Might has collapsed on mighty heads.

Murder’s knells are off safety line.

Unreasonable silence stalks the yards.

Fear has crept into the friar’s voice.

Angels Angelus is botched.

Streets are woven with wanton nightmares,

In a wild toasts to furious change.
