Integrity Is Coming To America, Soon

Once the dream was to make America the shining light of the world

a caring and compassionate country with opportunities for all

but America has become the corrupt, the ugly, the distrusted, the fallen.

Living with a corrupt neophyte businessman/politician with a narcissistic bent

of a five year old the transmutation has proven to be very difficult.

Respite is months away or maybe two or eight years away,

or maybe never.

We who understand the damage being done

must remove the stench created and the pain inflicted

defecated by shills with only a Caucasian conscience and money motives

hell bent on annihilating the working family, education and the environment.

We are the hope of the world.

The lies they peddle, the integrity they choke on, the freedoms they strangle

this mindset will not prevail and certainly not go unchallenged.

We are being devoured by manipulative forces, indifference,

bigotry and the all-mighty, self-consuming cash motive.

This seems to be what we have become, but are we, really?

Will Democracy, Truth and Justice return to America?

Will American integrity survive the current onslaught of verbal inanities?

America was great before this charlatan came unto the scene

to yell his redundant stupidities and to lead his misguided minions.

America was great and continues to be great,

but what a con it’s been and who are the ones who believe his lies?

white supremacists and bigots with the mistaken notion this country is for whites only

but there is a shock awaiting them,

America will never be ruled solely by Caucasians again.

Notes From The Trump Abyss

There was no moral equivalency to be drawn

At the meeting with the Russian leader

It was ludicrous and embarrassing. Putin showed Trump who the daddy is

Welcome to Trump’s abyss!

In front of the world Trump undermined Democracy

Lacked integrity, had no honor, did not show honesty or truth and betrayed his country

Arrogant stupidity was on display

He embraced and portrayed our enemies as being good

And our friends bad

People of this psychological ilk don’t have any standing in civil society

He shows an immaturity a 72 year old should not display

His behavior better suits a spoiled, rich brat who has never been disciplined

If he had any sense, he would shut up and save the country the humiliation

The president has a bad habit of screaming at people

Nikki Haley, his UN Ambassador said, “Instead of shouting people down

you show them how it is in their best interest to see things the way you do”

Those who scream to make their point don’t persuade

rather they irritate and certainly don’t convince anybody

Our experience with this irritable and incorrigible child should teach us a lesson

children workout manners are a curse and the extraction will be tricky

much like when a dentist tries to extract a tooth and it breaks

it’s very difficult to extract without digging deep and causing pain.
