Pinnacle

With imperialist attacks mounted

The industrialist craving for oil surrounded,

Shielded its people with socialist ‘umbrella’

The brave government of Venezuela

Learning from Che Guevara and Castro

The ever determined spirit of Maduro

Is striving to counter US adventurism

For achieving total freedom

Threats of sanctions looming large

Facing American- backed opposition charge,

The government is ready to clear obstacle

And reach the peoples’ welfare ‘pinnacle’

Kudos for resisting capitalism

For rebelling against imperialism

Leading from the front with new formula

Showing the path to Latin America!

Remember the covert operations on that sad day

When a bloody coup overthrew the eminent Salvador Allende

For saving Venezuela and humanity

World activists! Stand up in solidarity
