Unpaid Opportunity

It’s not a shutdown –

That’s just a negative perspective –

What the furlough

Of 400,000

Government employees

Really is

Is a chance to live

Like the president,

And sit in front

Of a television

Trying to differentiate

Entertainment channels

Between Nickelodeon

And Fox News –

The government employees

Just don’t get paid

For their executive time.
