The blood boils

Clenched fists

Tears in eyes

Witnessing the blood stained

Fragments of slain soldiers

Scattered all over the

Heaven on earth

The brave sons of the country

Who had been ever ready to

Face any situation to protect the motherland

Have been ambushed in cowardice

The intellectual is silent

The secular doesn’t want to talk

The historians

The custodians

The placard gangs

All seem to be in coma

On the so called ‘day of love’

Where the elite free

Was busy advocating ‘freedom of expression’

The nation was gifted death

The cost paid for ‘one way’ tolerance!

For the world, the world has not changed

For the families of the martyrs

The world is torn apart

There is anguish in the common man

Briskly seeking revenge as justice

The power brokers may as well

Do the honours

Then advertise and celebrate the victory

Everyone will now try to devour

A share from the audacity that is

Propelled at the cost of bravery of

Gallant souls who were not destined

To meet death in the fashion they have!

The devil created by historic flaws

Now has to meet a logical end

Enough,

Enough,

Of innocent bloodshed

Now the time to a terminal action
