The Ten Commandments of Dart
I am (DART) your God:
you shall not worship
a strange (DART) before me.
You shall not (DART)
the name of the Lord your (DART) in vain.
Remember to keep holy (DART) Day.
(DART) your father and your mother.
You shall not kill (DART).
You shall not (DART) adultery.
You shall not steal (DART).
You shall not bear false (DART)
against your neighbor.
You shall not (DART)
your neighbor’s wife.
You shall not covet
your neighbor’s (DART).

Alejandro Escudé’s first book of poems, My Earthbound Eye, was published in September 2013. He holds a master’s degree in creative writing from UC Davis and teaches English. Originally from Argentina, Alejandro lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
