Arboretum

Towards Arboretum

They move past beautifully and steadily- a stream of green

They are the quiet mannered trees

Their presence is deep strength
Perpetuators of serenity, inexperienced by humanity

by virtue of his very nature
The presence of them is in their quiet
A harmonious kinship that reigns strong, supreme and loud

Worthiness is at their core

Into Arboretum

Originality

Never to be known by ambitious humanity

They are given for glory of creation
The cry of unidentified insects
The gentle crawl of a hundred and one legs of millipedes
Anthills
Fallen cocoa and empty pods
Very strong very old trees-tall and rising- kings of the forest.

This creepy kind that stands in the path rises at 70 feet
A 1000-year-looking tree, strong and worn. Its roots stand 300 meters away, looking like tubers of yam waiting to be collected.

Pokok Gergasi

Azadirachta Indica

Bombax Ceiba

Andansonia Digitata

Many of a glorious kind!

The other side

These stones were put in the path for easthesy

Probably at the very beginning of the existence of this arboretum

Never to be maintained

And after decades of being left unattended, they are rather

Unaesthetic I would say

Hues of green

Decorating their surfaces

And accompanied by unlavendered scents

Into the other side

Step and you would slip

Or hold on firm to the strength of humanness

Beauty and glory is beyond

But you cannot trespass

Python

Exiting Arboretum

Nature is glorious

Green is riches

Arboretum is beautiful inspiration

Uneasthesized arboretum is nature harmed
