A Night Feeling
A tall dark haired man raced through some tree scrubs chasing a dog.
“She caught her breath, and got out of her navy blue Sedan
She stood near a cliff, I stood still on the cliff
I was in a room I could not justify, the dream it felt real.
I could not pin point the reason why my panic arose, it was something out of my control.
I dreamt I was driving on a dirt road
I vaguely remember the intent of the dream.
I just stood there weird, I could vaguely remember anything
I could see the sky, it was misty and gray in an odd way.
I open my eyes and the dream was over.
From my bedside table I could see the blue light from my TV, the feeling
Of the night made me feel blue.
I wish the feeling would go away.
I felt like I was drowning in my tears
I wish the feeling would wash over me.
I was drowning in in my own fear.
It was about 5:am
I could breathe; better; I put two pillows above my head.
I felt uncomfortable, I did not try to memorize the dream but my thoughts were gone.
Not by chance but just in a weird thought, a dream where I felt completely out of control.
I was somewhat terrified; just a dream of a night feeling.
