Jobs, Jobs, Jobs

Just the other night,

The president

Unveiled a plan for surging growth,

And once ironed out,

The numbers will provide jobs

For the lost and the aimless –

Those millennial blameless

Who inherited

The sad economics

Of a never-ending war

And governmental decline.

And it’s all going to be fine

With international travel,

A complete set of work clothes,

An additional set of dress clothes,

Steady pay,

And room and board,

So praise the Lord

For Abraham’s sons

Because now America’s sons

Get the opportunity

To get involved with

That ancient family feud

And even get to choose

Their own field of specialty:

Infantry,

Artillery

Or tanks!
