Laughter
By
Christena Antonia Valaire Williams
A belly full of laughter is like whole grains
Nutritious and healthy
It makes you feel so good inside
It’s best to laugh
When you are sad
It eases and relaxes your mind
It makes your organs jump for joy
It makes your body parts feel alive
Give me laughter every time
It makes my body feel rejuvenating
Laughter is like a marvelous smile
Showing off its beauty and delight
Laughter makes your day
It fragrance your heart
Re-energizing the flow of blood
Laughter is such a beautiful gesture.
Dreams Fulfilled
By
Christena Antonia Valaire Williams
For all those who were denied the Dream
Missed the beaming lights
You draw nigh, closer to something
They deny you no more
Taste snowflakes and smile
Let rain drew make a splatter
In your dreams you ride moons
Kiss the stars and this dream you never awake
Let light illuminates miracle and blessings
Something so devine and special
That no man can dear to touch
Open the door of heavens
And bow gracefully
Dance to a song only you can hear
Let dreams rock you like a soulful song
Tilting your heart with beats
Rhythms knocking
There you stare
In that moment
When you hold birds in the palm of your hands
And rainbows run through your hair
And bees surround you
While the wild flowers entwined your feet
Nature’s adorance
There you feel beauty and dreams unfold
Right before your eyes
Tidal waves rise
And when the night draws near
And it becomes cold
The clouds from the sky will wrap you
Like a big blanket
So for all those who were denied the dream
Missed the beaming lights
You draw nigh, closer to something
They deny you no more.
I lost my daughter 30th June 2008. She was 32 and the most kindest, intelligent and caring person I have ever had in my life. I cope by writing lots of poetry about her. It was a priveledge to have been her mother and I have so many marvellous memories tp keep me going. I will never stop grieving but I honestly feel she is always with me. Natascia Rita thank you for being my daughter, thank you for all the love you gave me, A big comfort hug to you Elizabeth.
