When Will Wind Come With Rain?

When will wind come

To cover my country’s weeds?

That’s growing bigger day by day,

Occupying my large land,

And killing my plantain plantations

Oh! Rain, when are you coming

To flood away all the weeds and pests?

That attack our plants purposely,

To an endless edge,

 Oh! Rain, Come come

And drop down, With your coolness,

That can send the powerful pests away,

When will rain come

To wash away all the diseases?

Brought by the big pests,

In the early days

For years,

Powerful pesticide

Couldn’t penetrate

And kills the powerful pests in their hideout

Oh! God, send us thunderstorm and wind and rain

That can strike the powerful pests

When will wind come with rain?

We Are All Leaves

We are all leaves

Living on the tall tree

Gradually we grew yellowish from greenish

And gradually we fell down

Time to time

When wind blows

hard and shakes

Some remain

But what I know they most fall one day

So long as wind come

We shall fall like leaves

On the ground and leave the big branch of the tree

that has long roots spread on the ground
