Abusers of God

(Pope asks predator priests to surrender)

What happens

When a respected person

Turns out to be an abuser

An oppressor

A serial violator of rights?

What happens

When a person appointed to

Hear the sins of others

Commits atrocities

And escapes

Citing proximity to God?

What happens

When rapes and sexual abuse

Committed by the person

Are washed under the names of

Confessional statements

Of ordinary persons?

The people revolt

Signalling a severe jolt

And shake up the upper class Church

So that the highest priest

Wakes up

And prompts him

To take action

The power of the people

Brings down any ego -tainted

Clergy to the ground
