Garb of humanity

(Opposition leader speaks of humanitarian aid across the border)

All trials are over …

Elections had no result

Agitation had no effect

Inciting hatred turned turtle

Thought Maduro rule was fragile and brittle

Coup d’etat failed miserably

Opponent weakness exposed palpably

Unable to garner public support

Issued threats as last resort…

Now,

when every trick backfired

Cunning trials couldn’t get results desired,

Imperialist Americans ranting profanity

Under the garb of humanity

Venezuelans! Beware!

There’s poison everywhere!

Don’t play into the hands of US corporates

Know how dangerously capitalism operates

Stand united against encroachment

Protect borders with firm intent

Do not let the country crumble

And the socialist fabric tumble
