Over Our Heads
After remarks made by John McCain and other senators during the Senate Intelligence Committee Hearings
What I think I think it is
but you have to Mr. Comey, I’m asking you
and you then assume
that Hillary Clinton
is innocent while the President-elect
I mean (looks over at the rest of the panel)
you mean oh well
I just want the record to state
the state of your refusal
and you’re telling me
as wishy washy You know what I mean
and shall for the American people
as far as I can tell trees feel as well
and so you feel but I don’t care what you feel
what I’m asking is
the truth has to come out and were you aware at the time
if time tells and you didn’t feel it was right
to end that investigation and you ended that investigation
but I’m just pointing out the strangeness
in the strangeness of the outcome
for the American people and nobody doubts that, Mr. Comey
but you have to admit the Washington Post
I mean the article in it
and have you read it I’ve read it
and you read it we’ve all read it
at least in part I mean it’s a double standard
I feel that way too Admiral, sometimes
but I’m just confused here as I’m sure you are
