Prior to the Brexit Referendum itself, announced by the then Prime Minister (Mr Cameron), neither he, The Speaker nor the scribes or legal Members in Parliament (either Houses); nor the months of campaigning leading up to the vote gave mention, nor challenge in respect of any irregularities as to possible improprieties or usurping of the Sovereignty of the UK Parliament.

Mrs May calls General Election for 8th June – Was this wise?

Yesterday morning, Mrs May made a surprise announcement outside No 10 Downing Street that she will be putting forth a Motion in Parliament on Wednesday in accordance with the Fixed Term Parliament Act in the hope she will achieve a two thirds vote to have a General Election on 8th June. Was she wise?

‘Great Repeal Bill’ put before UK Parliament

Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, David Davis MP, presented the Great Repeal Bill which is necessary in order to expedite the transfer of thousands of pieces of EU Legislation (40 years’ worth), into and under the Sovereign Powers of the UK Parliament now Brexit has been triggered.
